The CCR range enables the user to quickly determine the cause of the "Check Engine" light being on. Once repairs are made, the device allows an operator to clear the trouble codes and turn off the light.
The CCR Range can read OBDII / EOBD diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the on-board powertrain computers (engine and automatic transmission) of ALL 2001 and newer petrol cars as well as diesels from 2004.

The CCR Super features a large, back-lit, LCD display with the code definitions actually shown, thereby eliminating the requirement for a code book. Freeze Frame data is also provided, recording vehicle speed, engine RPM, coolant temperature, etc, existing at the time the fault first arose.
No Need for a CodeBook
As well as addressing the usual four OBDII protocols, the CCR Super is also able to work with cars using the newer CAN protocol (e.g.. Ford Fiestas from 2003, Golf Mk V from 2004, Renault Megane 2 from 2003, and many more including several new Mazdas and Vauxhalls).

CCR Plus
As above, but does not include built-in code definitions or Freeze Frame data.
The CCR Plus displays codes on a 2 line LCD display and in 4 digits. The User must then look up the definition in a code book (provided)

Recommended for DIY users, this unit displays the code on an LED display and does not cover later CAN systems.
