Introduction to Launch Equipment

All scanners in the X431 range have the same application software, covering 39 makes of European, Japanese, Korean and American cars and light vans. Apart from the obvious Engine, ABS and Airbag interrogation functions, the X431 offers access to Climate Control, Immobilisers, Automatic Transmissions, Body Controllers, etc etc. Diesel Injector Programming, Key Coding, Backing off Brake Calipers and Service Light Re-set are other more unusual applications, which even stretch to BMW Condition Based Serving and Mercedes Benz Assyst.

Having had the opportunity of viewing all other major scanners at trade shows as far afield as Beijing, we are of the definite opinion that NO other scan tool in the world offers the breadth and depth of coverage provided by the X-431. With over 200 full-time software engineers, spread throughout the World, working on software updates, it is unlikely that the X-431 will be overtaken in the foreseeable future.
